Healthy eating strengthens connections by sharing meals, cooking together, and supporting each other’s nutrition goals, fostering both physical health and emotional bonds. Here are a few ideas to help everyone share healthier experiences.
Week 1: Eat a variety of nutritious foods every day!

Week 3: Learn skills to create tasty meals!
Week 4: Consult a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)!
