 Payments and receipts

·      All accounts are set up on a prepaid basis. They are not activated until payment is received.

·      Pay by selecting a member choice here: https://foodandhealth.com/join-or-renew-now/

·      Billing period is annual with an auto-renewal or monthly, depending on your chosen plan.

·      If you cancel your subscription to your account, the subscription won’t renew but will continue until it is done.

·      Memberships are based on availability, not usage. The used time that has already passed is not refundable. You may cancel anytime and write to us for a refund on unused months.

·      All auto-renew products are automatically charged. You will receive a notice before your subscription runs out, and you can cancel at any time, and the auto-renewal will be stopped. Log in with the link at the top right, and click Member Menu top right. Then click Your Account and then click the 'View or cancel plans' link under 'Billing' - it is very easy and intuitive.

·      Receipts are emailed immediately; all members can access their receipts in the “Your Account” link in Member Menu at the top right of the page.

What if I had an account on the old system?

All of the time from the old system, as well as the autopayments, remain up to date. You don’t ever lose any time. We apply all of the paid time to your new account. If your subscription lapses, take out a new plan. Use the code GET15 to get your old pricing back.

How do I mail a check?

Can I change plans?

·      Yes. Click the 'Join new plan' or 'Change plan' button under the 'Plans' section.

What is the difference between free and premium content?

  • You get access to all the member-only content (thousands of assets). There are thousands more articles and handouts in the premium library. The free content is limited to a preview under “free.”

  • Monthly member content is posted each month. Each month, paid members receive our premium content: a newsletter with articles, recipes, handouts, and research is posted to the library along with a white-label newsletter.

  • Plus, you get a license to distribute our content while your membership is active if you are a Professional or Gold member.

  • The free and read-only material cannot be distributed to more than 15 people without written permission. Please email us by clicking contact under our about link.

What if I want a handout and cannot find it?

  • Contact us, and we will help you find the needed material or add it to our request list.

If I renew early, do I lose days?

  • No. If you renew early, you will keep all the days you have, plus all the days you purchase, in your renewal.
