Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the onions and peppers in the oil until golden, about 3 minutes. Add the chicken tenders and the seasonings; continue cooking until the chicken is done, about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Wrap each tortilla in plastic and microwave 10 seconds.
Place chicken on each tortilla and top with the rest of the ingredients. Fold like a taco or burrito.
