BLTA Salad
Using just a little bit of bacon really makes all of these veggies irresistable!
- 4 pieces bacon (cooked to a crisp)
- 6 cups lettuce (mixed greens, washed and ready to eat)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 each avocado (diced)
- 2 tablespoons Italian dressing

Toss the greens and dressing together.

Place the salad on plates.

Top with tomatoes, avocado, and a few pieces of broken bacon.

Croutons are optional.
